Q Do you have country specific versions? A: Yes, our RFI/RFP Templates cover a number of specific countries as well as being appropriate for use in all countries. They are based on UK and general system requirements. In addition, the Accounting, HR and Payroll RFI/RFP Templates also cover USA and Canadian requirements. Q: Do you have industry specific versions? A: The RFI/RFP Templates cover Accounting, Business Intelligence, CRM, HR and Payroll across all industries rather than addressing particular industry sectors. Should you have very specific requirements, this may be overcome by either you adding your requirements directly to your own copy, or us working with you (on a chargeable basis) to help you build your specification. Q: I am unsure which version RFI/RFP Template to order – Accounting has Essentials, Professional and Enterprise versions – and all appear to be suitable for me? A: As a general rule, if your business is growing or you have more requirements, we recommend the version which caters for the larger number of criteria ie the Enterprise version. However, should you have queries regarding your specific situation, please email us at info@axia- consulting.co.uk Q: Our software selection process has started and we’re already talking to vendors – have we left it too late to use a RFI/RFP Template? A: No. Our RFI/RFP Templates are used within many stages of the software selection process – from the very beginning, through to beyond selection and into the implementation stages. It’s rarely too late to use a RFI/RFP Template. Q: How impartial are your RFI/RFP Templates? A: Axia’s RFI/RFP Templates are completely impartial. Axia does not operate a referral service and we do not receive any payment from any software vendor. We only provide impartial tools and advice. Q: How accurate is the information in your RFI/RFP Templates? A: We make every effort to make sure the information in our Templates is accurate, by carrying out careful and meticulous research and checking. Q: Are the RFI/RFP Templates just a list of software features? A: The RFI/RFP Templates are much more than just a list of software features. They include ready-to-use RFI’s, RFP’s, Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Specification, Vendor Response Evaluation and Scoring, Analysis and Charts, Instructions and Software Selection Tips. These cover the whole system and include requirements for systems operations, technology, training, support and maintenance. Q: We already use a similar RFI/RFP tool – why should we consider an Axia Template? A: It’s possible that an Axia Template may be more detailed or more relevant to your needs than the one you currently use. As our Templates are covered by a money-back guarantee, you lose nothing by checking it out! Q: We have one or more software product areas that we are interested in, which are not covered by your RFI/RFP Templates. Is there any way we can add them? A: Yes, there are two ways new software product areas can be added to our RFI/RFP Templates. You could either add your specific requirements directly to your own copy. Or, alternatively, we could work with you (on a chargeable basis) and research the software (that you are interested in) and add these areas to your requirements and our future RFI/RFP Template releases.

USER QUESTIONS

Q: How much training is needed to use a RFI/RFP Template? A: Very little. Only basic MS Excel / MS Word skills are needed. No macros are used. And full instructions are provided. Q: We have multiple people working on our project, in different locations – do we need multiple RFI/RFP Template licences? A: No. The licence is by company, not by number of users. You may have any number of people working on it, with any number of copies, within your organisation. Q: How many vendors can we send our RFI and RFP to (based on the RFI/RFP Template)? A: As many as you like - there are no limits. Q: Is there a time limit by which the RFI/RFP Template must be used? Or licence expires? A: No, there are no time limits on any Axia product. The licence does not expire. Q: Are there any restrictions on how we use a RFI/RFP Template? A: The RFI/RFP Template can be used anyway you like within your organisation with your software selection and implementation project. However, the RFI/RFP Template is for internal company / organisation use only. It cannot be resold, given away for free or used to create a competing product or service. Q: Are the RFI/RFP Templates stand alone products, or are there conditions to accept additional products and/or consultancy services? A: The RFI/RFP Templates are stand alone products and there are no conditions to accept additional products and/or consultancy services. Q: Are there consultant versions of the RFI/RFP Templates which can be used to support multiple clients / organisations? A: At present, there are no consultant RFI/RFP Template versions. Each Template is sold for a single company / organisation and it’s internal use only. Templates are protected by the Law of Copyright. Consultants who wish to use a Template for a number of clients should purchase additional copies or encourage each client to purchase their own copy.
