Customers may also purchase our products via our online shop (provided by Digital River/MyCommerce Share-it) with payment by credit / debit card. We (Axia Consulting Ltd) do not have any access to and cannot see your personal credit / debit card details, and therefore do not hold any personal credit / debit card details. Your personal details excluding credit / debit card details are kept on record for accounting records and providing customer support.
We do not process any sensitive personal information and you should not provide us with such personal information.
Retention of personal data
Axia Consulting Ltd may retain your personal data for as long as you continue to use our websites, and thereafter as permitted or required by law.
Where you place an order or enter into a contract, we will keep your information for the duration of the order / contract and thereafter for such a period as permitted by law (eg to comply with financial legislation) or for so long as necessary for the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Axia Consulting Ltd may also sell products and services directly from our websites, using our own order forms or on receipt of purchase orders from customers.
